Mommy and Sierra headed out to Southern California for Spring Break, to spend some fun days and nights with our friends, Renee and Ava.
Day 1: San Diego African Safari
On the first day of our adventure, we headed off to the African Animal Safari. Ava and Sierra were ready to go!
And we're off...
We saw tons of animals... lions, giraffes, zebras, elephants, rhinos and so much more.
There was even a special butterfly exhibit, and the girls had a great time identifying and naming the butterflies.
New best friends in the making...
Day 2: Lego Land
On the second day of our adventure, we spent the day at Lego Land. What a treat... the girls were in heaven.
There were so many fun things made all of legos... like these panda bears.
And this full size, very real-like Volvo car.
Sierra had a blast driving around her own yellow lego car...
And Sierra and Ava even earned their driver's licenses!
And no trip to Lego Land would be complete without a ride on the super, duper roller coaster. It was fast and steep, but the girls had a blast. Great way to wrap up Lego Land.
Day 3: Beach and Pool Day
On the third day of our vacation, we hit the beach! Sierra and Ava had fun playing in the sand, building castles, finding sea shells, and lots more beach-y stuff.
Like surfing!
Antonio took the girls out for some ocean surfing, and Sierra was all giggles. She loved it and asked to go to surfing camp this summer!
Lastly, our vacation ended with a quick dip in the neighborhood pool.
And there was even a blue lollipop treat for the plane ride home.
What a super fun, special, memorable and great girls' trip!
